What are my payment options?
At Southern Wellness we currently accept the Medicade insurance provider. We also offer income-based counseling for those with a substance use diagnosis. Additionally, we offer self pay rates. Simply call our office or stop by to learn more about what our current self pay rates are.
How do I enroll in counseling?
We make the process as easy and streamlined as possible. All it takes is a phone call, or inquiry on our contact box, and we will get you an appointment as soon as possible. Your first visit with us will consist of an assessment so that we can tailor your plan towards healing just for you.
Do you offer any discounted rates to those who qualify?
Yes, Southern Wellness Services provides services regardless of ability to pay. A sliding fee discount program is available for those who qualify. To learn more about our sliding fee discount program please call our office or stop by for more information.
Do you offer Telehealth?
Yes, select counselors at our facility offer telehealth as a resource to integrate into your lifestyle.
